EASTER MEET 2010 EASTBOURNE

Eastbourne was the venue for this year's Easter Meet. Sections from Scotland, Bolton, Bury, Fenland, Nottingham, Heanor, Dorset, Brighton & Hove, Sunderland and the newest section of all - North Cheshire were all represented.

Friday 2nd to Monday 5th of April

Despite a dodgy forecast, the worst rain fell on those people walking home from the evening functions back to their local hotels. We had mainly bright sunshine with a few strong gusts of wind. It wasn't just the West Lothian section who cycled their, but also our racing secretary Francis Grafton who cycled alone from Nottingham to Eastbourne. Others used the railways to shorten their journeys.
